HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Australian Orders

All orders over $100 receive free express shipping, and all orders over $400 receive free express shipping with signature for additional security. Please check your location to see if you fall into express post areas.

Our parcels are shipped through Australia Post, are trackable, and may require a signature on delivery. Orders are shipped on business days.

Please note that due to Covid-19 delivery times may take longer than usual.

International Orders
International orders are charged at AUD$10.

For all orders over $400 you will be automatically upgraded to international express shipping for the same cost. Import and duty charges are not included in your purchase price, and are the responsibility of the customer. For further information about expected duty and taxes when importing to your country, please visit your relevant customs website.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Wellington & North currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. If you would like to make a purchase and are outside these regions, please contact us at hello@wellingtonandnorth.com and we will be able to arrange a special delivery for you.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Wellington & North accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Amex), PayPal, Google Pay (if you are using a Google Pay compatible Android device and operating system) and Apple Pay (if you are using an Apple Pay compatible device and operating system). You also have the option of utilising Afterpay, which allows you to pay for your purchase over four fortnightly instalments.

CAN I PAY IN MY OWN CURRENCY?

All transactions made on the Wellington & North site will be charged in Australian dollars.

HOW DO YOUR DISCOUNT CODES WORK?

Wellington & North customers may receive a range of discount codes that can be applied at the checkout. Please note - our discount codes only apply to full price items.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Wellington & North accept the return of unworn and unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of order receipt, for exchange or credit note. Wellington & North is not responsible for return shipping costs (nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases) for the exchange of change of mind items.

If a faulty item is received, please contact us at returns@wellingtonandnorth.com and we will make arrangements with you with regards to repair, replacement or refund.

WHAT ARE YOUR RING SIZES?

Wellington & North rings are available in up to three sizes (Small, Medium, Large).

Wellington & North offer a ring resizing service to allow variations to these three sizes. This service is AUD$30 and requires 1 week turn-around. Resizing options vary dependent on ring design, but we can generally resize up or down one-two standard Australian sizes. Contact us at hello@wellingtonandnorth.com to find out more about this service and for a handy sizing guide if you are unsure of your size.

Wellington & North discount codes cannot be used on the purchase of our resizing services.

Wellington & North are able to custom make rings in any size. Please contact us at hello@wellingtonandnorth.com to enquire about this service. Custom made pieces generally ship within 6-10 weeks. Custom pieces are not included in store-wide sales and promotions.
